Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all events and services of CannaEvent, part of One Step Community.

Tickets

Tickets are personal and non-transferable unless stated otherwise. All sales are final. There is no right to cancellation, refund or reimbursement after purchase.

Liability

The organization is not liable for personal injury, theft or damage to property during events, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

House rules

Participants must adhere to the house rules of the event venue. The organization reserves the right to deny access to participants who do not follow the rules without refund.

Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions.
